  • Lunch: Chicken salad (chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, cucumber slices, avocado/olive oil dressing, iced green tea
  • Snack: 1 Larabar, almonds, blueberries
  • Dinner: Steak, shrimp, 1/2 lemon, 1 banana
