  • Lunch: 2 hamburgers, cucumber slices
  • Snack: 2 hard-boiled eggs, 1 apple
  • Dinner: Steak, salad (lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, eggs, sunflower seeds, carrots, pickles, peppers)

But it won’t be the end.
