Doing it anyway
I didn’t feel like going to the gym tonight. I went anyway, pushed myself outside of my comfort zone, and now feel great (mentally and physically) because of it.

Posture
I sit at a desk all day and have long known that I have poor posture. Lately I’ve decided to [attempt to] correct my posture, but my back seems uncomfortable when “posing” correctly for long periods of time. Is correcting posture known to be uncomfortable?
